I hadn't realised that you had come to the conclusion that Jenner's phonology was correct. Perhaps it's time for his Handbook to be reprinted. That would be a splendid project for Michael!

We have deduced nothing. The sounds were arrived at by Jenner in 1904.

The first thing must be a full catalogue of all the sounds which Nicholas and Michael have deduced existed in Middle Cornish and  Late Cornish, otherwise I can see arguments going around in circles.
