So do I, although I didn't learn it from Laurie. He is indeed an  
excellent tutor, agreed, and one of the most fluent speakers around.

However, I notice that Nance 1938 marks the stress on the 1st  
syllable, thus: do•hajeth
so, with Nicholas suggesting the last syllable, now it looks as if  
each of the 3 syllables has its advocates for stressing.

I'm confused!
