For the Traditional Graph forms, yes, with cross-reference to the Main form,
the Late forms have their own entries for the most part, but each, both Late
and Traditional, as well as Traditional/Late appear in the main entry next
to the "canonical" Main form. Main form variants get their own entry with
cross-reference to the other variant. I have also used a colour code.
Traditional graph entries are bold purple, Late Forms bold blue, while the
Main form entries are in bold black.

How are you organising the alphabetical list of words regarding the variant
spellings. Are you cross-referencing to a single canonical form, e.g. whath
see hwath.
