[Spellyans] Cornish on Government website

In addition in Cornish we only have the word 'defnyth' as a noun.  It  
should not be conjugated to 'defnydhya'  the verb is always 'usya'.   
Surely it is not unreasonable to expect only the very best Cornish  
from the Council.
