I have to point out that the UCR dictionary lists "yn aray an
abecedary" for 'in alphabetical order' and "herwyth an abecedary" for
'alphabetical'. 'Alphanumeric' is "alafnyverek" however, so I can't
see much reason to avoid "alfabet". "Abece" is fine too.
