I wonder if, purely as a strategic matter, it wouldn't be a good idea to include
an appendix in new-KS demonstrating how these adventitious graphs could be
accommodated within the system of revisions being suggested.  Without it, it
could be one more reason for some to say: no good, doesn't do what we need to
do.  Of course, if this turns out to be beyond technical feasibility then that
won't fly.
