[Spellyans] RLC <h> for <gh>

Lhuyd takes great care to note the differences between Cornish and Welsh and frequently comments on them. In fact you could say that is the whole point of Archaeologia Britannica, to demonstrate the similarities and differences between the Celtic languages. It was Archaeologia Britannica that established that these languages form a family.
