[Spellyans] "become" with nouns

I am at work at the moment and do not have the hard copies of my Nance dictionaries to hand. I think "mos ha bos" first appears in Nance's 1955 dictionary.

Incidentally, I suspect that MOS and BOS translate slightly different senses of BECOME. This warrants further investigation.
