If duk was borrowed into Middle Cornish, then it would have been [dy:k].
If duke was borrowed into Late Cornish, then it would have been [dju:k].
Similar remarks apply to other words which may have been borrowed more than once at different periods, i.e. the differences reflect changes in English rather than Cornish.
