[Spellyans] Chy, pl. treven

Interestingly, we find the following entry in a well-known UCR
dictionary:
> house. chy, -ow & treven [NOTE: treven is the preferred pl.]
Kennedy's RLC Mamgerlevren gives:
> house. choy, pl. treven
.... with which Gendall agrees in his A Practical Cornish Dictionary.
As we've already seen quoted, both Nance and George list treven as a
plural of chy.
I suggest that, since the dictionaries for every version of Revived
Cornish are unanimous, it's far too late to try and change this word
to any possible prior, historical sense it might once have had.
