Until there is a substantial community, who use the language daily, we  
won't have evolution, just solecisms.
In the most recent Maga newsletter a *hwil (a whil) is used as the 3rd  
singular present-future of hwilas/whilas.
The attested form is hwila (<whela>). *Hwil isn't evolution. It's a  
mistake.
