[Spellyans] Multiple adjectives after feminine nouns

In Cornish Simplified (2nd edition, page 18) Caradar (?sticking to the  
texts) says that final s or th prevent mutation of c, d, p, t following.
This, however, is not true:

the corruptia tus tha TH 25a
desyrrya why, tus tha oll, TH 35

kemerys in forth tha TH 24a.

Now Caradar wrote the first edition of CS before the discovery of
the Tregear manuscript, but he had the Ordinalia; -th + mutation of t  
is found there:
