You don't mention pows nessa 'undergarment' (cf. RD 1868); goos nessa 'close relative' (cf. BM 263, 373). The expression nessa dhe means 'next to, adjacent to' in BK and CW.

I've put the following two entries in the SWF dictionary:

----------------

nessa [ˈnɛsə] (adj.), nearest, next, following, second (in a series), next time; bedhewgh furra nessa [ˌbɛðɔʊx ˈfʏrːə ˌnɛssə] (phr.), be more careful next time; martesen yma nebonan y’n nessa chi [mərˈtɛzən ɪˈmæː nəˈbɔnən ɪn ˈnɛsə ʧiː] (phr.), perhaps there’s somebody in the next house.

----------------

sekond, second [ˈsɛkɤnd] (num.), second.

----------------
