Apparently the Durham University chap did say that the Cornish DNA
matches up with samples from the other Celtic countries. His 'The
Cornish, as a people, don't exist' was very weakly argued. By the
same argument, neither the Welsh nor the English exist, either!
Before you tell me to stand in the corner for going off-topic,
Michael, I'm of the opinion that 'the Cornish don't exist' argument
affects the language as well as the people.
