Correct. That's the unadorned declaration.

Ny'm beus whans (I have no desire) dybry a'y frut (to eat of its fruit).

>> n'ym bus whans a'y frut dybry.

This isn't a simple declarative sentence, I think.  It says "I have no desire of its fruit to eat". It's a marked form.
