[Spellyans] Cornish keyboard layout

I have to confess I find it curious that a few extra keystrokes for
characters with diacritics should slow you down to that extent. I have
no idea what my typing speed is (I'm no touch typist, I have to look
at the keys, but not a two-finger hunt-and-pecker, either) but I find
it hard to believe that adding in some grave accents and diaereses,
for example, would cut my efficiency in half. I don't know what the
Mac's keyboard layout is like, however.
