[Spellyans] Cornish keyboard layout

I have noticed that AltGr+e needs the coordination of both hands
simultaneously.
A dead key + e can be typed with one finger.
Character frequency is therefore important to the optimum design of a
keyboard layout.

I'll be interested to see the results of this, Michael. I based some
of the key combinations in the layout I made (e.g. assigning AltGr +
e to ë rather than è or ê) on perceived frequency, simply from
glancing at a couple of books. Please keep me posted.
