Gendall writes "kegen", which is [ˈkɛɡən]. In Tavas a Ragadazow he transcribes this as [kegān] where <ā> is [ə], certainly not [ɪ]. 

(You wrote <ɨ> (a close central unrounded vowel as in North Welsh llun [ɬɨːn]) but I think you meant either <ɪ> or the reduced <ᵻ>.)
