I can only find 'grassa' as the verb 'to thank', so your phrase doesn't seem to be grammatically valid.

NJAW (2006) offers us these entries:
> thank. …Thank God! gras e dhe Dhew! dhe Dhew re bo grassys!
>> thanks. n. grās, grassow (grassys). thanks! gromercy! muer rās!

From the 1st of these entries, it would seem correct to say 'gras e dhys!', while the 2nd suggests 'grassow dhys!'.

Your ?'Grassa dhys' might be a misparsing or mispronunciation of one of these, perhaps.
