All three are from Late Cornish writers and in the first and last example the syntax has clearly been based on the English version.
In Keigwin's Tha neb yw der pegh kelles the collocation Tha neb is not relative. It does not mean "to whom sin has been lost, whose sin is lost". 
The whole means "Forgiveness granted by God to him who has perished through sin"
It could equally well have read "then den yw der pegh kelles". The verb in the relative clause is yw without a relative pronoun (since it is part of bos and begins with a vowel) and its antecedent is neb. Neb is not a relative pronoun.

The example does not belong here.
