[Spellyans] 'special'

Since we have standardised specyal I would find it a little weird to choose
<spessly> for the adverb. Since <specially> is attested twice in TH, I would
stick to the adjective and write specyally.

Sorry, I forgot to include spesly BM 3695 and spesly BK 910.
If we write <spesly> people will pronounce the s as [z], but the forms with
c make it clear that the s is voiceless. Spessly seems a reasonable
compromise.
