[Spellyans] 'special'

I am happy with «specyally» but not with «spessly». The combination «-ssl-» does not appear to be authentically Cornish. Also, the «-s-» in «spesly» could represent “sh-” in “sheep” rather than “-ss” in “ass”.

Sorry, I forgot to include spesly BM 3695 and spesly BK 910.

If we write <spesly> people will pronounce the s as [z], but the forms with

c make it clear that the s is voiceless. Spessly seems a reasonable compromise.
