As did Nance, who writes trōyll, trōyllem trōyller (though troyllya with no diacritic); but in the ENglish-Cornish dictionary he writes s.v. 'turn' troÿll, troÿllya.
In KS I think this would be trôyll; we seem to follow Nance with troyllya x8 in the Beybel Sans.
