No, it doesn't. I say this as someone who has worked in ISO standardization for over a decade and a half. There are tried-and-true procedures for disposing of

As I understand that list is basically the titles given by the submitters to their suggestions for change to the SWF. On the Corpus group we were asked to respond to this list. I said that if I were to respond professionally I would need to see the entire argument made by the submitters, not just an unedited dump of the titles.

What's the point of discussing anything on that forum? Who listens? Who decides?
