In Desky Kernowek we have the examples

uskys’he ‘accelerate'
cot’he ‘shorten’

We had given no example of -g + h- at a morpheme boundary. However, we did have 

tekhe ‘beautify’ from teg ‘beautiful’

This is interesting, because we write ragtho not ractho/raktho; both aragtha and ractha are attested.

For a compound like rag + hanow *raghanow would be incorrect. rag’hanow and rakhanow would be permitted spellings depending on pronunciation. 

(As to final -k vs final c, the choice would have had to be tekhe/raktho or tec’he/ractho 

I was inconsistent with current practice in my comment about 

arnoweth’he ‘modernize’

In Desky Kernowek we give 

yaghhe ‘heal’
moghhe ‘increase'

So we ought, in fact, to write arnowethhe.
