Probably not. Lhuyd gives 

Crepusculum…The twilight in the evening, after sun-set; the dawning of the day.
C[ornish] Gydhihuar, the evening, terri an dzhedh, the dawning of the day AB: 52b.

In his MS glossary page 136 he gives

Terri an dzhedh, Torriad y dydh, Diluculum.
