Israeli Hebrew is a community language with millions of speakers now.
Cornish is not a community language at all and has very few speakers indeed.
They are all learners and most of them can manage only a few sentences.
That is why this discussion is in English.
There is no Cornish speaking community.
The parallel with Hebrew is not relevant.
