I must be missing something: Nance 1938 gives 3 English meanings for  
K. 'da'
.. . . = good
.. . . see 'dha' [=S.'thy']
.. . . = fallow-deer

NJAW 2006 gives S. 'to' = K. 'dhe'

Where does K. 'da' = S. ' to' come from?
