[Spellyans] 2013 SWF Review

I believe that we have a code-page translation problem.
I used Microsoft Windows Live 2012 e-mail client on Windows 7. The encoding is set to Unicode (UTF-8).

I do not support the use of cedillas in Revived Cornish, nor did I intend to imply that KS uses them.
I attach a  .pdf  file of my posting to which you refer.
